How can I make a reservation?
You can confirm a reservation by phone, mail or online on our website.
Can I modify a confirmed reservation?
Yes. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a reference number. Send us a mail indicating this.
Can I cancel the reservation?
Yes. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a reference number. Send us a mail indicating this reference number, and solicit the cancellation following the conditions as stipulated in General Terms & Conditions.
How can I make payments?
You can do your payments as you wish; with a credit card at the time of making your reservation, or by bank transfer.
Where can I pick up the rented vehicle?
Wherever you wish. At the airport, at our offices, or wherever you are staying on the island. Indicate at the time of confirming the reservation.
Can I extend the period of renting the vehicle once I am on the island?
Yes, as long as there is availability. It has to be done in our offices; never by mail or phone.
How many persons can go in the rented vehicle?
Following Spanish law, 4 persons in the Citroen 2CV, Mehari (2 pax), and Volkswagen Beetle, and 8 persons in the Land Rover.
Do they all have seat belts?
Yes; as well in front as in the back.
Do you have baby seats available?
Yes, of course. All according to Spanish law and norms of road security. Indicate at the moment of making your reservation the age of the child, and we'll have a seat at your disposition without any additional cost.
Are the roofs of the Citroen 2CV and VW Beetle convertible?
Yes, of course. They fold very easily and rapidly. You choose how to enjoy the day.
